Right-click the links and select “Save Target As…” or “Save Link As…” to save the document to your online cloud drive or to your physical hard drive. Save the files in folders that are easy to find later. Sometimes your web browser may be set to automatically save to the “Downloads” folder, so if it does not give you an option of where to save, check the “Downloads” folder.
Word files (DOC) are form fillable. To use the DOC file to add your custom information, open the Office Writer program of your choice, browse for your file, and open the file. Add your information. Save and/or print as usual.

Writing, Drawing, Presentation, and Spreadsheet programs
Special Note about Word (DOC) and EXCEL files.
Because you are downloading these files from the Internet, Microsoft Word/Excel may display a security message in a bright yellow banner when you first open the file: “Protected View This file originated from an Internet location and might be unsafe. Click for more details. Enable Editing.” These files are safe. Please click the “Enable Editing” button. The yellow banner goes away and you can use the form as usual.
PDF files are “fillable”. After downloading the PDF file to your computer, open the file, enter your information and you will be able to save the PDF file with your information filled in.
